If an item does not suit you, if it is delivered broken, you have 14 days to return it to us. You will be refunded within 48 hours after returning the product. You will only be responsible for the return costs.
If you have not received your order beyond 30 days , we invite you to contact our customer service. You will also be fully refunded within 48 hours .
-> How to return an item
To return an item, all you need to do is:
- notify us by e-mail of the return of the item,
- carefully put it back in its original packaging,
- return it to its receipt packaging.
Once closed, the package must be mailed to the address we will have given you by e-mail.
-> How will you be reimbursed?
We make refunds directly to the account you used to pay for your order. You receive a refund notification by email.
It will then appear within 24 to 48 hours on your account depending on the bank to which you are attached.
-> You wish to cancel or modify your order
We process your orders promptly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 2 hours after ordering to contact us by email or phone to modify or cancel your order.
Beyond this time the items may have already been shipped …
In this case, you will have to wait for delivery and return the items to us for a refund (cost of the product + delivery ) .
Return costs are your responsibility.

Our average delivery times are 10 to 15 days.
If you are not in Europe (Canada, DOM-TOM, etc …) allow a few extra days before receiving your item. < br /> If you do not receive your item within 30 days then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the items when you receive it .
Contact us by email to report an item not received.
-> You have received your item but you are not satisfied with it
No worries! You can return your item to us up to 14 days after receipt.
Here’s how in 2 steps:
- Contact support by e-mail to let you know that you are going to make a return,
- Send your article to the postal address which we will communicate to you by e-mail.
After receipt of the item in our warehouses, we will refund the total amount of your purchase (product cost + delivery) to the account that was used to pay for your order. p >

It happens that your package is shaken in all directions during delivery and therefore that your item arrives broken …
In this case or in the case of a design defect contact us by e-mail with the following details:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem (incorrect / defective item, …)
- A photo or a video
You will not need to send the product back and we will refund your order amount directly .
